The trail starts with a 4 mile stretch along Fall Creek, the first couple miles filled with one pretty small to medium waterfall after another. Broken Top from Green Lakes at about 6,550' We went using Santiam Pass and came back today via Gov't Camp and the travel time was basically the same. Joan and I took off at the crack of dawn on a ''camping' trip yesterday for the Cascades Lake Highway and the Green Lakes Trail. Between the trails, sunset and sunrise this is gonna be pretty heavy on pictures.
